Terms and Conditions
This experience includes full use of our spa facilities only, including the swimming pool, jacuzzi, Himalayan salt sauna, thermal room and relaxation spaces.
Treatments and dining are not included but may be added as optional extras at the time of booking or on the day, subject to availability. Access is from 10am to 5pm on your selected date. All facility use is subject to availability. In the unlikely event that an area is temporarily closed due to essential maintenance, private bookings or circumstances beyond our control, management is unable to offer a partial or full refund.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
