We understand the ever-changing restrictions can make planning your hotel stay difficult, so we’ve got you covered with Flexible booking rates. We’ve also changed our Early Saver booking conditions to give you more flexibility at great rates!
If you had a booking with us from before we re-opened, there is no need to get in touch, we will contact you. Our reservations team are working hard to contact all guests, so please bear with us whilst we try to respond to everyone in a timely manner.
Throughout lockdown, we have worked hard to ensure the resort remains in excellent shape and ready once again to create exceptional experiences and memories for you, our guests. However, due to Government guidance our Spa Bistro and Jacuzzi still remain closed until further notice. Furthermore, if hotel and spa guests would like to use the pool and gym facilities, pre-booking measures have been put in place, as required under Government guidelines. Time allocated slots can be reserved at the time of booking, at Reception upon check-in, or at the Health Club reception. It is also advisable to pre-book breakfast and dinner via the Reservations team or Reception given social distancing requirements. Due to demand, we strongly recommend you reserve your preferred time-slot as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
