By Train
From Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central, Merseyrail trains run every 15 minutes to Formby train station and take around 35 minutes and taxis can be arranged on request. Southport station is a short journey away and has a taxi rank. Trains run from Manchester Victoria into Southport
