With over 25 years of experience in hospitality and events, Ciara is a wedding planner and our team leader and she brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and expertise to every wedding she coordinates.

Having worked in a variety of hospitality roles throughout her career, Ciara has gained extensive experience in every aspect of wedding planning and delivery.

From building a wedding from our base packages behind the scenes during the planning stages to executing every detail on the big day itself, she understands what it takes to create a seamless and unforgettable celebration.

Ciara is passionate about getting to know each couple personally and believes that every wedding should be as unique as the people at the heart of it.

She takes pride in going above and beyond for her brides and grooms, providing guidance, reassurance, and support every step of the way. Whether it's sourcing those special finishing touches, coordinating suppliers, managing timelines, or helping bring a couple's vision to life, no detail is ever too small.

Her favourite part of the job is seeing months of planning come together and watching couples enjoy the wedding day they have always dreamed of.

From the moment we booked our wedding, the whole experience was exceptional. The planning process was made so much easier thanks to the fantastic communication from Ciara.

Every email was answered quickly by her, every question was dealt with professionally, and she always put our minds at ease. Wedding planning can be stressful, but we always felt we were in safe hands.

In the lead-up to the wedding, Ciara was incredibly accommodating. She allowed us to bring our decorations and other items to the venue a couple of days beforehand, which took so much stress away.

The team were also more than happy to cater for individual requests, including accommodating changes to food orders in both the restaurant and at the wedding breakfast. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble.

We really cannot thank Ciara enough, as we knew it would be a wonderful day, but due to her care and attention to not only us, as the couple, but to our family and guests, the day exceeded our expectations.

We had the most amazing day ever, I know it’s cliche to say this, but we genuinely had the time of our lives.

After there being a couple of changes in wedding planners, can honestly say Ciara was fantastic. From the moment we met her she went above and beyond, no ask was too much and the day would simply not have been that amazing if it wasn’t for her and Mike!

She was the best wedding co-ordinator and the whole day from start to finish was amazing, ran so smoothly and we got the chance to celebrate and enjoy the day with our guests.

She was just amazing and so caring and professional. All the staff were fantastic. Would highly recommend Formby Hall for everyone who is getting married.
