Please note at busy periods, you may be paired with other golfers. All Golf breaks must be paid in full on booking. Cancellation is available up to 7 days prior to arrival, non-refundable, no-transferable from this point. Golf buggies available, subject to availability. All buggies must be pre-booked and pre-paid with final balance. Formby Hall reserves the right to amend or remove all stated breaks without prior notice.  

*A £25 per person dinner allocation can be used towards your dinner at the Fairway Restaurant, excluding supplement items.
