What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is at 11am.
Are pets allowed?
We only allow service animals on-site. We would recommend making our team aware of this at the time of booking.
Is there parking on-site?
We have free on-site parking.
Is there electric vehicle charging points available on-site?
Currently, we do not have any charging points. However, our nearest charging point is at a Tesco Superstore in Formby which is 2.1 miles away (6 minutes).

Can we use leisure facilities during our stay?
Yes, the swimming pool and gymnasium will be available to use. You will be required to make a booking at the hotel reception to complete a health check questionnaire and to obtain a wrist band to use the facilities as we will only allow 12 people per hour.
Spa
How old do you need to be to use the spa?
Aged 16 years and over.
Do we offer pregnancy massages?
An expecting more would need to be past their first trimester, and we would avoid using arthropathy oils as well as conducting an alternative treatment.
Health Club
What are the opening times for the pool?
The opening times for our swimming pool are: 6am till 9pm, Monday – Friday. 7am till 8pm, Saturday and Sunday.
Kid’s splash times are 10am – 11am and 5pm – 6pm (These may be extended over school half-terms)
Golf
Can we hire buggies?
Yes, we have a fleet of GPS buggies. We would advise that these are pre-booked as we cannot guarantee they would be available to book on the day.
Can we hire golf Clubs?
Yes, we have full sets of Titleist clubs to hire. We would advise that these are pre-booked as we cannot guarantee they would be available to book on the day.
What are the booking terms?
We require a £25.00 per person deposit at the time of booking and the final balance including hire items must be paid 21 days before arrival. If booking less than 21 days before arrival, then full payment would be required at the time of booking.
Can you organise rounds of golf at other local clubs?
Yes, we can do this in line with their booking terms and conditions and visitor availability.
