Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is Formby Hall Golf Resort & Spa (“the Promoter”).
Eligibility
The giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
Employees of the Promoter, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the giveaway are not eligible.
Entrants must sign up to the Promoter’s database via the official entry form.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete the database sign-up form with a valid email address during the promotional period.
Only one entry per person will be accepted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Giveaway Period
The giveaway opens on 21st October 2025 and closes on 30th November 2025.
Entries received after the closing date will not be valid.
The Prize
The prize is one nights AUTUMN DBB Spa break for 2. That includes:
- Overnight stay in one of our classic rooms
- 1x50 minute ESPA treatment per person
- Thermal Heaven Experience (Sauna, Showers, Steam Room, Heated Loungers)
- Fluffy Spa Robes, Slippers & Towels
- £25 allocation per person towards an evening meal in the Fairway Grill
- Full English breakfast
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if required due to circumstances beyond its control.
Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 14 days of the closing date.
The winner will be contacted via the email address used to sign up.
If the winner does not respond within 10 days, a new winner will be selected.
Data Protection
By entering, participants agree to their personal data being collected and processed by the Promoter for the purposes of administering this giveaway and for receiving marketing communications.
Participants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the “unsubscribe” link in communications.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
The Promoter will not share participants’ details with third parties for marketing purposes without consent.
Publicity
The winner’s first name and county may be published on the Promoter’s social media channels and/or website in line with CAP Code requirements.
By entering, participants agree to reasonable publicity if they are selected as a winner.
Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, or not received for any reason.
The Promoter is not responsible for any technical issues or failures of social media platforms that may prevent entry.

General
The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if circumstances make this unavoidable.
