What You’ll Do
You’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for every member and guest by ensuring all areas of the Spa & Leisure Club are clean, tidy and looking presentable.
You will be responsible for:
Keeping all areas of the Spa & Leisure club clean, tidy and looking presentable whilst maintaining relationships with customers and members.
Dusting and polishing all surfaces, furniture, mirrors, glass, and doors
Vacuuming, sweeping, or mopping floors across all designated areas
Emptying bins and removing litter or debris
Collecting and removing used towels, robes, and slippers
Transporting dirty linen to the laundry and replenishing clean stock
Cleaning showers, including shower heads, glass, tiles, and drains
Sanitising all toilets and washroom facilities
Keeping poolside clean and tidy, repositioning loungers, removing cups and towels
Refilling supplies such as paper products, toiletries, and amenities
Wiping up spills promptly to maintain guest and team safety
Post-Closing Responsibilities
At the end of your shift, you will be responsible for:
Leaving all areas spotless and prepared for the following day
Deep cleaning all spa treatment rooms, changing areas, Thermal Heaven, and Rasul rooms to remove oils and product residue
Deep cleaning and/or steam cleaning poolside using appropriate equipment
Mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming floors as required
Sanitising high-touch areas such as doors and handles.

The ability to work efficiently and manage time well.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential — full training will be provided.
