Valid to book from 1st January 2022 till 31st March 2022. Vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange. Note all advertised treatment times include a period of consultation. *Access to the indoor pool and fitness suite should be booked with hotel reception on arrival at the resort.

• If the goods purchased total less than the value of the gift voucher, any balance will be left as a credit for you with Formby Hall Golf Resort & Spa, and will be redeemed against subsequent orders.
• Formby Hall Golf Resort and Spa gift vouchers remain valid for 12 months from date of
purchase. Expiry dates cannot be extended.
• Gift card must be present in order to redeem goods or services at Formby Hall Golf Resort & Spa.
• Lost or damaged gift cards cannot be replaced.
• Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with members levy cards.
• Can be redeemed at spa and golf shop.
• In addition can be used against any of our day or break offers and promotions.
• Cannot be used in the food and beverage outlets across the resort.
