The Job Description
What you'll do
Formby Hall Golf Resort and Spa has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our Management Team reporting directly to our Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
To manage the housekeeping department to the Company standards in order to achieve guest satisfaction and maximise revenue opportunities.
To ensure financial targets are met and to ensure superior service and product quality are maintained
To be a leader with a hands on approach and ensure that your team are developed to deliver brand standards
Your will need:
Skills & Experience
Hotel housekeeping experience and at least 4 year’s previous experience in a management/supervisory role
Organised in your work and able to work to specific deadlines
Proactive and accountable for your work and be able to make important decisions
Good working knowledge of Opera PMS (Preferred)
You will have a flexible working pattern to fit in with the needs of the business.
