Following our recent £15m redevelopment the Formby Hall Health Club is now open for business. Our health & fitness studios are equipped with state of the art equipment, regarded as the best in the North West.
Whether you’re after a little light toning or a high-intensity strength work-out you’ll find everything you need plus some rather special extras, including Technogym cardiovascular machines, KINESIS studio or our fabulous 20m heated swimming pool.

Fitness Gym facilities
Our new health club features a 40-plus station gymnasium with the latest Technogym Equipment controlled by a WELLNESS system allowing you to get the most out of each work-out. Our cardiovascular equipment has an integrated touch screen TV, radio stations, integrated fans and iPod docking stations.

The KINESIS Studio
People of all ages can use KINESIS for general health improvement, sports training and muscle toning. Its unique design allows for over 200 different exercises and an infinite variety of movements.
Join one of our trained fitness team members as they take you through a complete body workout within the gym. Our specially designed KINESIS classes include body sculpting, fitness and flexibility training and muscle development.
Fitness Classes
Formby Hall is pleased to announce it now has a full programme of classes available to both members and non-members throughout the week.
Whether you’re on a mission to get fit, or just need to recover from Christmas excess, we offer a classes suitable for a range of abilities in combat, fitball, dance jam, aqua aerobics, and many more.
The Swimming Pool
There is no better total body workout than swimming. Our sophisticated, indoor heated swimming pool is the perfect location for the serious and casual swimmer.
Or perhaps if you just wish to unwind and lose the stresses of the day, then relax in our invigorating spa whirlpool bath, experience shower and steam room.
Health Club Membership
We have a range of health club memberships available designed to suit your needs including Peak times, Off Peak and Corporate.
All of the memberships are inclusive of the facilities and services in the health club and on joining you will receive a benefits pack entitling you to discounts across the Resort. You will also be given a personalised membership levy card and a Technogym key holding all of your fitness programmes and a detailed history of your membership journey.
