• Formby Hall Golf Resort and Spa gift cards can be exchanged for goods across all departments in the resort.
• Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash.
• If the goods purchased total less than the value of the gift voucher, any balance will be left as a credit for you with Formby Hall Golf Resort and Spa, and will be redeemed against subsequent orders.
• When redeeming gift vouchers over the telephone you will be required to give the serial number of the voucher.
• Formby Hall Golf Resort and Spa gift cards remain valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Expiry dates cannot be extended.
• Voucher must be present in order to redeem goods or services at Formby Hall Golf Resort and Spa.
• Lost or damaged gift cards cannot be replaced.
• Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with members levy cards.
