We offer an extensive Fitness Class Timetable, with over 40 classes each week, including Yoga, Les Mills and Body Conditioning. Our Team of Fitness Experts ensure that each class delivers challenges, with an emphasis on enjoyment.
Classes are included in all Health Club Memberships, or can be paid for by Non Members individually.
Our Studio can accommodate up to 30 and we run a first come, first served system.
