A 30 min high intensity toning Abs blast to strengthen an condition your stomach to perfection.  

Yoga

Is a holistic class that aims to create the perfect union of the body, mind and spirit through a series of postures, breathing control and mediation.  This excellent stress minimiser also aims to develop balance, strength and flexibility.  

Body Combat & Khai Bo

A fiercely energetic program inspired by martial arts and draws from an array of disciplines such as Karate, Boxing, Taekwondo, Thai Chi and Muay Thai. 

Legs, Bums & Tums

Is a conditioning class combining a series of exercises to tone up and improve muscle tone and shape of the legs, bum and tum area whilst benifiting the shape of the whole body

Pilates

Pilates workout builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. 

Pump and Tone

Pump and Tone is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!
