World Class Service

We came to your hotel after spending a considerable amount of money at a hotel elsewhere. We were so disappointed with their customer service that we sought a new hotel for our conference in June.

We chose Formby Hall Golf Resort & Spa following an inspection visit, the service we received from your team has been exemplary- ranging from the receptionist to John the restaurant manager. I would particularly like to compliment Jon and Ray, what stars! They were very customer focused, nothing was too much trouble. They are excellent ambassadors for your hotel.

Our training over the last 2 days has been about 'World Class Service' and service improvement. Your team really are ambassadors of world class service.
