Formby Hall wins prestigious awards

Formby Hall Golf Resort & Spa is celebrating after scooping two awards at the prestigious Sefton Chamber of Commerce & Industry awards.

The golf resort and spa, which is currently in the final stages of a £10 million refurbishment, won the Best New Product or Service award and finished runner-up in the Best Small Business category (25+ employees).  The Chamber’s sixth annual business awards and Prestige Ball took place at Aintree race course on Friday 7th December. 

The Best New Product or Service Award recognises outstanding levels of customer service and exceptional service delivery, while the Best Small Business category rewards business development, operation and success.

Director of marketing at Formby Hall Golf Resort and Spa, Gaynor Black, comments: “It is a fantastic accolade to do so well in both of the award categories we entered, especially as we are going through a period of development.  The awards are testament to the whole team pulling together and continually putting customers first.
